The Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah, includes phased electrical work supporting the renovation and expansion of multiple resort facilities, including the Virginia House, 1886 Grill, a new event barn, and upgrades to the activities center and other guest amenities. Electrical scopes are integrated into both historic renovation work and new construction across the property, requiring coordination with ongoing resort operations.

The project began its major redevelopment phase in the early 2020s. Electrical installations are sequenced across multiple buildings and phases to support continuous resort operation while upgrading aging systems and integrating new facilities. The result is a modernized electrical infrastructure across the property that supports hospitality, residential, and event functions throughout the resort.

Electrical work on the project includes new and upgraded power distribution systems, interior and exterior lighting, site lighting, and power support for hospitality, dining, and event spaces. Additional scope includes electrical service coordination for renovated historic structures such as Virginia House, as well as infrastructure for new buildings including the event barn and recreational facilities. Work is completed in phases alongside other trades due to the active nature of the resort.
