Provo Beach Resort and Called to surf are two separate projects housed within the same complex. A Design-Assist/Design-Build delivery method was used for both projects. Called to Surf is a 3,000-square foot retail store with endless summer shopping available to everyone whether or not they have direct access to the beach. Provo Beach Resort is a 50,000-square foot entertainment facility located at Provo’s Riverwood Shopping Center. This new local hangout has been a big hit among young and old alike.
