Wilkinson Electric, Inc. was founded in St. George, Utah in 1945 by Kay W. Wilkinson — starting as a small electrical contractor and a provider of electrical appliances and lighting fixtures. Since then, the company has grown into one of the most respected electrical contractors in the Western United States.
From the beginning, Wilkinson Electric has been led by the Wilkinson family. The company was incorporated in 1974, and as it grew, a northern Utah branch office opened in Springville in 1982 — extending its reach across the state.
Leadership has passed down through the generations of the Wilkinson family. Today, Jeron Wilkinson leads the company as President and Travis Wilkinson serves as Chairman of the Board — supported by a leadership team overseeing the company's northern and southern regions.
Today, Wilkinson Electric's experience and integrity run four generations deep — and the company has grown from annual revenue of $240,000 to more than $55 million.
