He has an MBA from Brigham Young University and is a Master Electrician. During the past thirty-four years, he has been involved in electrical design, organizing and layout work, and supervising numerous projects. |

| Scott W. Wilkinson has been an employee of the company for the past twenty-eight years. He is Co-Owner and President of the corporation, as well as Manager of the Construction Division. He is a Master Electrician and does much of the bidding for the company. He has supervised the electrical design, layout and installation of numerous projects. |

| Bradley Wilkinson has been an employee of the company for the past thirty years. He is currently Co-Owner and Director of the corporation, as well as Manager of the Northern Construction Division. He is a Master Electrician and serves as Project Manager for many of the Northern Division Projects. |

| Travis Wilkinson has been an employee of the company for 18 years. Today, he is Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. He has a Bachelors in Accounting degree from Southern Utah University and an MBA from Utah State University. Travis is involved in the financial administration of Wilkinson Electric. |

| Troy Wilkinson has been an employee of the company for 24 years. Today, he serves as Construction Manager of the Southern Division. He is a Master Electrician and has responsibility to bid projects, manage manpower needs and procure materials. |

| Jeron Wilkinson has been an employee of the company for 8 years. He is an Electrical Engineer Graduate from Brigham Young University and currently serves as the Construction Manager of the Northern Division. His responsibilities include, but not necessarily limited to: bidding projects, managing manpower needs and procuring materials. He is a Master Electrician. |
